On a low-end PC, how can you make 3D games?

When I wanted to make a 3D game that time my PC specs were very low like 2GB RAM etc then I researched to find an alternative of Unity or Unreal for low-end PC then I found the software or you can say Game engine named ‘Godot’ believe me that time was so exciting and when I launched that engine on my PC

I was surprised, launching Time was very low I mean in a second I lunched a 3D & 2D game engine in my Potato PC then I realize making a game in Godot is still good

Specifications of GODOT game engine

In this engine, you can create any type of game which is a very good thing . It’s a very underrated game engine but you need to learn their own programming language it’s very similar to Python

I think now you have enough knowledge for deciding on the Game engine.

Making character & level design

A good game developer focuses on the game’s characters or protagonist and level design. This is very necessary nowadays because everyone wants a game like GTA and all so nowadays it’s compulsory to focus on Game UI and Level design now the question is simple –

How do design levels and characters for the 3D game?

Simple you need software for all these activities and that software I will provide you free or paid both

So first talk about free named ‘Blender’ this software is everything. This means like in this software you can create animation movie characters and many more things but if you don’t know how to create a character you can simply purchase or download a free character from the internet

And a paid software named as ‘MAYA’ I don’t think so I need to give an introduction of this.

This is also free for the student version.

How do design levels and characters for the 2D game?

This is something different I mean you can also download free characters from the internet but I strongly recommend you to make original work.

So a question arises in your mind how? Okay so firstly I will tell you about characters, for this, you need software like Adobe Photoshop or something else where you can draw character no matter what is the software. But try to make the amazing design as you made your character you can also make level designs but try something unique.

Storyline and concepts 

The backbone of a game is storyline this is so true but sometimes when you create a game in 2D then concepts matter. So this is also an important point to discuss, let me explain if you make a game like a clash of clans then nobody wants to play your game because they are playing the original COC then how will they play your game hope you understand.

And if you make a unique concept game then everyone will try, that’s the reason why I am talking about it so try to give a unique concept game to the world.

Always remember people who succeeded in life always gave something unique to this world so before planning your game think about it 100 times and when you feel that yes my concept is amazing or unique then make it without wasting the time.

Platform

Another important factor in the game industry is platforms like- android, ios, Windows, Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation, etc these all are the biggest platform where every gamer plays their games but if you are a beginner so I will recommend you to go with android or ios. Especially android, because now everybody has smartphones so it’s easy to get high reach in the android platform but I will recommend you some marketing of your game because now everywhere is competition and if you don’t do marketing then you will go back.

Earn money  

This is the main reason why everybody wants to make the game but how? According to me, there is lots of way earning from games main methods are here

Showing ads

This is a simple method to upload your game on the play store for a 25$ one-time payment fee then create an account on Google ad mob and place ads and earn according to the numbers of your players.

In-app purchase

In this method, you make your currency in-game and if a player buys that currency then you will get real money

Sponsorship or paid subscriptions

This is a very genuine method of earning from an app or game in this method you will give offer a company to I will show your banner on my game but I want money like that but what is paid subscription?

If a player enjoys your game then you will give him an offer that if you buy our game’s subscription then you can enjoy an ad-free game.

Note: if you are a beginner then try to focus on ad mob ads.
