Blogger vs Wordpress which one is best for blogging? Detailed comparison
Are you a new blogger or want to become a successful blogger but don’t know which CMS is best and where to start don’t worry at starting every blogger has the same question which is the best CMS for blogging.
What is CMS?
CMS knew as a Content management system like who customizes your blog or manages your data and content. In simple words a place from where you can post your articles.
There are many CMSs like Blogger, WordPress, Weebly, Tumblr, Zoomla, etc…
Now back to the point which is best for blogging so here is only 2 CMS for blogging one is WordPress and the second is Blogger so now in both which is best if you ask this question to someone (who knows about blogging) then answer will be Word press.
The wait is true? Should we not talk about it in detail absolutely we should.
If someone said this CMS is better so don’t be blind read below and choose what you like.
Below we will compare both CMS as FAQ (Frequently asked question) so anybody can understand easily without complication.
Between
Blogger and WordPress which is budget-friendly or cheap?
As expected this will be the first question of this post so for your information Blogger is more budget-friendly you don’t need to buy hosting and domain it free here but I think you should buy a custom domain at least don’t be too cheaper.
In simple words, for a WordPress setup, you need some investment but you can also transfer your blogger blog when you want.
You don’t need to spend thousands here on hosting still this only factor can’t justify a good CMS we need more right.
Blogger vs WordPress, which one owns your content rights?
Who owns your content right? Well, bloggers have your content rights or you can say Google has your content rights. They can delete your blog if you went against the guidelines while WordPress doesn’t own your content rights you the only one who owns it.
Which has more speed and security?
You can say blogger is the clear winner here because all the posts you did are stored in Google’s server while WordPress speed and security depend on your hosting and your settings.
Also, you get a free SSL certificate on blogger but in WP it depends on your hosting provider or purchases separately.
Blogger and WordPress, Which one has more features, themes, and plug-in?
WordPress is a clear winner here, this is the biggest factor why all CMSs are failed in front of WP.
But still, in blogger, you can get some SEO settings or third-party themes for a better look and search appearance.
WordPress vs Blogger, which CMS’s article ranks?
Now it’s a very demanding question so Google clearly said there is no contribution of CMS to rank your post, it only depends on your content and SEO

But you can’t totally deny that WP has many SEO plug-ins like YOAST SEO and rank math etc.
Blogger or WordPress Which CMS gets more importance from Google?
So now let’s talk about another good question as Google said there is no role of CMS in Google’s perspective.
But in reality, Google’s give more importance to self-hosted sites according to my experience but believe I saw many Blogspot blogs in no 1 position on many queries so it’s a question you can’t answer clearly.
WordPress or Blogger which is good for earning?
So I don’t think it’s a valid question because there is no role of CMS in earning because in both CMS you can implement Google ad sense or affiliate programs
In which CMS you can implement AMP?
So the answer is Both for those who don’t AMP it’s a setting for fast loading WebPages for mobile. It is also helpful for SEO.
But the blogger doesn’t provide any official support while in WP you can use the AMP plug-in.
For WP users it's a great advantage for fast indexing and Google news.
Which one makes more traffic?
It's quite funny, I mean how you can consider any CMS to non-traffic. But still, I will answer if you think it affects traffic then you are wrong.

You just need to focus on content and SEO for organic and non-organic traffic. I hope now you can easily choose your CMS.
Conclusion: Now it’s time to give my personal opinion on this so according to me if you have no money now so make a professional blog on blogger (many tutorials are available on the Internet) then buy a cheap TLD (Top level domain) for better ranking then write great content where no money needed after this when you will have money the simply transfer into WordPress due to more features if you have any questions then ask me in the comment section I will answer that.
