Submit in government patent office

After drafting the patent, now it’s a time to submit this in government’s patent office. Which requires some fee and this fee may be different for different categories, like for individual it will be less in compare to other categories.

Publication

After this, the patent will be published, if everything goes fine, this usually takes up to 18 months and no fee, if you want this procedure in 1 month, then you will have to pay some fee for this.

Examine patent

Now, they will examine your patent and your claims, and if everything finds perfect then great, you will get the approval for the patent else see below steps.
