Can non-Jio users use Jio savan app to listing music?

Yes, this app is free to download for anyone, no Matter what SIM you use. While non-jio users can't set up Jio Tune.

How to set up Jio Tune for available song via Jio Savan app?

• Go to the Jio Savan Music App.

• Play the music which you want to set as tune.

• Now you can see the option set as Jio Tune or if you can't see the option then check out those 3 dots.

• If you find jio tune is unavailable then check out below methods, I mentioned there.

How to set Jio Tune via call?

•Just dial 56789

• Select your tune

However this is limited method, you can't search songs here.

How to set your Jio Tune via massage?

You can set Jio via text massage: 

• Send your song title/singer/movie name to this number 56789

• Like this, SINGER <Title>

MOVIE <Title>

ALBUM <Title>

• That's the way you can do this.

Why this "Jio Tune is not available" thing happens?

Because sometimes they(Jio) don't have rights to use those songs as caller tune.

How to set Jio Tune for unavailable song?

Honestly, there is no quick way to solve this problem. Still 3 methods I would like to prefer

• Go to Jio Savan Music App.

• Select the song

• Now click on the three dots there (See the picture)

• Request Jio Tune

• Now wait, still there is no deadline for this.

Method 2 of 3 

You can contact the Jio Savan team on social media, I would prefer Twitter. And yeah don't forget to tag their official accounts.

Method 3 of 3

This method works some time; you can update your Jio Savan app, if you haven't. Because whenever they bring new update they also bring new Jio Tunes(which were not available in the previous update).
