Jio is Going to Launch it's own Laptop 'JioBook': Report

Jio is India's biggest telecom giant owned by Billionaire Mukesh Ambani. During Jio's initial launching in 2016, the telecom giant provided free internet across India for 1 year. And still giving Internet at 'cheap' prices. However, they recently launched Jio Next 4G budget phone at Rs.4500 that is still performing fine in the market.

Now, media reports are claiming that The Company is going to launch its own 'budget' Laptop at Rs. 15000/- however, there are no official confirmation by the telecom giant yet.

According to reports, the Laptop will have an inbuilt 4G Jio Sim slot to use internet. Jio is in talk with Microsoft and other big tech companies for softwares that will be required to. 

Just like Jio phones, there are chances that the laptops will have their own Operating System supported by Microsoft's Windows.

The Jio Phone next that was recently launched has its own Operating System named 'Pragati OS' but the Pragati OS is just functions like the skin of Android 12. There are not major differences between Pragati OS and Google's Android except GUI as it was a deal between Jio and Google.
