How to link Adhar and Phone with Voter ID?

Government is working on linking Adhar card and Phone number with your Voter ID card. However, BLO(Booth Level Officer) can link your phone number and Adhar card with Voter ID via Garuda App. But it's better to do your work by yourself so you there will be no spelling or number mistakes while linking Adhar and Mobile No. 

You can find a step by step guide below if you are BLO or your are a normal citizen:

If you are not a BLO, then this is the guide you should go with by just following below steps:

Open your Google Play Store and Download 

Voter Helpline App from Election Commission of India.

After installing, open it and choose your language.

Now your will see the interface (see image)

Click on 'Voter Registration' Option

Now, a window will popup. Where you will have to choose Electoral Authentication Form (Form 6B) option.

Now enter your mobile number and you will receive OTP from the App.

Now enter the required details and submit. You are done.

If your are a Booth Level Officer (BLO) then below are the steps you can go with:

Download Garuda App from Election Commission of India via Play Store 

Then Enter your registered mobile number and enter the OTP.

Now click on the 3 Lines in top right corner to open menu

Choose Form option and then choose 6B Form

Now enter the Voter ID number (e.g. RNEXXXXX) of the you want to register in.

Enter required details such as Phone Number and Adhar card number and submit. That's it.
